These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to ImageConverter at https://imageconverter.akashdev.pro (the "Service"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

ImageConverter provides free, browser-based tools to convert, compress, resize, crop, rotate, flip, enlarge, and analyze image files. Unless a feature explicitly states otherwise, all processing happens locally on your device — we do not receive your files.

Supported formats include JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, HEIC, AVIF, TIFF, ICO, PDF, and SVG.

You must be at least 13 years old. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Images and files you choose to process, including copyright and usage rights
• Compliance with applicable laws (privacy, copyright, export, etc.)
• Keeping backups of originals before converting or editing
• Reviewing output before sharing or publishing

We do not claim ownership of your images. Because processing is local, we do not access or store your files on our servers.

Do not use the Service to:

• Break the law or process illegal content
• Attack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site in ways that harm availability
• Impersonate ImageConverter or misrepresent affiliation with us
• Circumvent security measures or abuse free resources at scale

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Results depend on your browser, device, and file format. We do not guarantee perfect conversions, specific output quality, or uninterrupted availability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the prior twelve months (typically $0 — the Service is free) or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

The ImageConverter name, branding, site design, and original written content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or redistribute our branding without permission, except where fair use or law allows.

The Service may link to external sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Visiting third-party links is at your own risk.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
