These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ImageConverter at https://imageconverter.akashdev.pro (the "Service"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

ImageConverter provides free, browser-based tools to convert, compress, resize, crop, rotate, and otherwise edit image files. Processing occurs locally on your device unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific feature.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• The images and files you choose to process, including ensuring you have the right to use and modify them
• Compliance with applicable copyright, privacy, and other laws
• Backing up your original files before conversion or editing
• Reviewing output files before sharing or publishing them

We do not claim ownership of your images. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not access or store your files on our servers.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process illegal content
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or circumvent the Service or its security measures
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or abuse the Service in a way that impairs availability for others
• Misrepresent your affiliation with ImageConverter or our operators

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that conversions will be error-free, that output quality will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or free of defects. Browser capabilities, file formats, and device performance may affect results.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGECONVERTER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO, AS THE SERVICE IS FREE) OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

The ImageConverter name, logo, site design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or site content without permission, except as allowed by law.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
