About ImageConverter

ImageConverter is a free, browser-based image toolbox built by Akash Yadav. Every tool — convert, compress, resize, crop, rotate, and more — runs entirely in your browser. Your files never leave your device.

Why browser-only?

Most online image tools upload your photos to a server. ImageConverter takes the opposite approach: all processing happens locally using Web Workers, Canvas, and WASM codecs. You can verify this yourself — open DevTools, go to the Network tab, and convert an image. Zero requests.

Privacy model

We do not store, log, or transmit your images. There is no account system, no cloud storage, and no analytics on file contents. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

Supported formats

Input: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP, HEIC, AVIF, TIFF, ICO, PDF, and SVG. Output: JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, GIF, AVIF, TIFF, ICO, and PDF. Batch processing supports up to 10 files at once.
